San Diego Comic-Con International 2007. I dressed as Slave Leia for the Slave leia gathering at Gentle Giant's life-size Jabba the Hutt. Yahoo!games showed up to shoot their coverage of the convention, and asked me to introduce the Slave Leias! Also appearing in this video are some of my costuming and conventioneering friends, Obi-Shawn, RedStarGangster, and the inimitable Kenny the Elvis Trooper!

This is the reason I made my Syaoran costume: so I could cosplay with my friends Richii and Sana-chan. We performed the skit at Anime Los Angeles in 2007. It was a fun, goofy skit, but we won the award for Best Characterization and the award for Most Beautiful!

For the second year in a row, Anime Gamers in LA hosted Kyle Johnsen's Cosplay.com photoshoot for CosMode magazine. For this shoot, I went with my Gankutsuou group: KateAndy, AmiYuy, Spwinkles, Jinyo, Rurouni-Jedi, G-Mal, and RogueMarvel, who appear on the same page.

On Halloween weekend, the Anime Gamers store in Los Angeles hosted a photoshoot by Kyle Johnsen of Cosplay.com. This sampling of American cosplayers was published in the Japanese cosplay magazine, CosMode.
